D’Leedon is a 36-storey condominium located in the prime area of District 10.
Fabrix profiles ML 27S (Mid Load), EL 27S (Edge Load) and ES 27S (Edge Snap) were used in the construction of the Fabrix cladding to achieve the required NRC rating of 0.75 with a 1-inch fiberglass wool of 80kg/m3.

A residential audiophile room in the Bedok District. Both Timberix and Fabrix were installed to achieve the required RT60 time.
Timberix™ Grooved 28/4 in Maple Wood Veneer were installed onto the front and side walls of the audiophile room.
Fabrix™ Magnetic Panels were installed on the ceilings. Fabrix™ profiles ML 53S and EL 53S were used in the construction of the acoustic cladding at the back and the dihedral corners of the room. The acoustic panels contain a 2-inch fiberglass wool substrate to achieve an NRC rating of 1.0.
